Values
Josh dedicates his life to innovation through collaboration and personal integrity. His time is committed to a healthy mix of consulting and leadership for projects that span disruptive technology, benefit corporations, and innovative marketing. Josh strives to act as a catalyst to solve old and well-known problems in new and creative ways.
Life
Josh Quintana lives in the Hyde Park area of Austin, TX, where he enjoys spending time outside with a cup of coffee and an old film camera. His long-term goal is to one day own and operate a remote workspace/retreat near a beach.
Work
Josh started his first venture in middle school while working for the school lunch cafeteria. He noticed that certain teachers were selling candy to students to put the profit into school supplies and pizza parties. He began purchasing chewing gum to then sell to his fellow students until he built up enough savings to purchase in bulk from Sam’s Club.
When teachers began to notice, they were unhappy. Josh created an agreement with students and teachers to share profits under the condition that students would be required to properly dispose of all chewing gum after use and that no bubbles or distractions would be caused by the use of said chewing gum. The quality of school supplies and the occurrence of pizza parties increased.
Since then, Josh has fostered, scaled, and successfully exited ventures within every vertical that he felt would assist society’s ability to progress. He believes that when companies stray from their values, they open themselves up to competitors that can leapfrog established market share by simply focusing on the true needs of employees, customers, and partners.
